The Beginning

I remember my first programmable computer at the age of 9, the VTech PREComputer 1000. It was a computer that had BASIC and could run programs that you made on your own. I learned to program on that thing and I was amazed and have loved computers ever since. From then on, I have pursued computers and science. Hence the reason I am now in the IT field, making a living as well as making a hobby of tinkering with computers.

Sometimes I forget how far technology has progressed. I even wonder about those before me who started with vacuum tubes and lived to see the implementation of SoCs. One thing I miss is the thick manuals that tell you how the device you bought worked and how to repair or replace components. Maybe I keep remembering the nostalgia, but it is in my 

I am a technophile and love tinkering, experimenting, trying out new tools and technologies. I hope to journal my progress into the various projects I'm on using blogging as a medium. Additionally, it helps me share the journey in order for those who come after to find it easier to trod the same path.
